Dunkin' Donuts at 1000 Palisades Center Drive #3372, West Nyack, New York.

Ordered at the cashier tonight. She never once looked me in the eye, kept looking down, had me repeat my order numerous times... come to find out that she was on her phone. I waited 10 minutes for a coffee and a donut. Then I was told they didn't have medium cups, so they were giving me a small.. even though I paid for a medium. As I was still waiting for my coffee and donut, I noticed all four employees were on their phones. Still waiting for my donut.... how hard is it to turn around and grab me a donut? Finally, the employee is passing me my coffee cup and is distracted by something, most likely his phone, and SPILLS my coffee all over my white brand new vans. Was I offered a new cup?! No.

Horrendous service. No wonder why I was the only person ordering.
